Amazing how a stock can spend 4 months just whiling away time without great correction or an upmove.
Possibly the Wave 1 ended at 151 or we are in extension of wave 5 (unlikely). If we are looking for wave 2 then it should show us 127 first before going for a break out. And if we see a break out it most probably is in extensions. But in any case the stock clearly showing typical wave 3 bullishness by refusing to give much discount.

POWERGRID seems on way to target zone and possibly Buy Zone near 123.
Below 122 it would be heading for lower targets.
