Power, Metal and Mining sectors rocked again. Metals are in the initial stage of a longer bull run and steel seems to be the pick of the metal sector. Mid and small steel companies are likely to have parabolic gains in our view. We have given our top picks in in the sector in our earlier posts. Along with steel the mining sector companies (ferro) are looking very very potent.
The large caps are now decelerating probably waiting for the results to start pouring in. However the upside for large caps now seems limited and the mid and small caps should now gain the momentum. Infosys will start the season of results with some good numbers in this quarter and that should kick start the IT pack.
