17,000............ Hindustan Zinc and IT Pack

1000 points in just 6 trading sessions! KABHI DEKHA HAI AISA NAZARA. Chakde sensex. We maintain our long term sensex target given in our 2nd post in July. The market could turn volatile and then consolidate. The IT pack has started to move and our picks would be HCL tech, NIIT tech and TCS apart from Infosys. One can start moderate exposure in these stocks because downside is very limited and the Risk-Reward ratio is favourable. The second quarter results would be the trigger for these stocks.

HINDUSTAN ZINC

Another good stock with great future and targets of
915 to 925 and then 1000 and in longer term 1100.
The stock is available around 770 to 780. If the market
becomes volatile it could be picked up at cheaper price.

Zones

The stocks listed in buy and sell zones are only those stocks which have moved in the zone on that day. In such rampaging bull market the best way do deal with stocks in Sell zone is to sell these stocks (if you already have the stock) at the open and towards the end check if the low of the day is below yesterdays low. If not then cover the stock. Also the zone movement is only for short term trading or till it moves to sell zone.
Our yesterdays buy zone performance was STEELTUBES 20%, DCW 11%, FIEMIND 5%, GREENPLY 7%, JAYAGROGN 5%, NAGPURENG 5%, NELCO 5%, NEOCURE 5%, TODAYS 3.5% etc. Of cource this was due to very high momentum in the market and may not always repeat.
